About Us

Sherringtons was founded in February 2008 by its owners Lindsey and Jay Riley.

After the success of our Hindley branch we expanded into outside catering late in 2008.

With the coming of 2009 we started to plan our second coffee shop, and Sherringtons Atherton became our second branch in Aug 2009.

Pop into Sherringtons any day of the week for fresh ground coffees, tea, hot chocolate, milkshakes and frappes. Try one of our delicious Panini's or bloomer bread sandwiches, all freshly made on site daily.

We have a large seating area to the rear of the shop, and a small seating area to the front in  Hindley and a large seating area to the front of the shop in Atherton. We have a disabled toilet (Hindley), and provide children's chairs in both shops.

We now specialise in outside catering, delivering free in the local area. Our buffets are all made fresh and are tailored to your own special requirements. Please take a look at our sample menus and pop in to see us or give us a call to discuss your own requirements.

With the opening of our Atherton branch we have incorporated a large kitchen for the preparation of our increasing demand for outside catering.
